Considering that Iran is located in the arid and semi-arid zone, crop production is not possible without irrigation management. In areas  where crops are irrigated, management and proper planning is necessary for optimal use of water. Response to the lack of water and plant species, length and duration of stress, age and developmental stage of the plant, and cells and plant and components of under cell depends on its structure (Bray., 1997). Salinity is one of the main stresses on the cultivation of plants. Salinity stress is an important limiting factor in agricultural systems, which causes difficulties in the process of growth and development of plants (Taiz and Zeiger., 1998). Deficit irrigation is an optimum solution to produce in water deficit (English. et al., 1990).  Salinity has a significant effect on morphological, phonological, and physiological traits in most plants (Wang et al., 2003). The most obvious and clearest effect of salinity is the delay in plant growth. The objective of this research is to study combined effects of deficit stress and salinity stress on yield quantity and quality of maize (single cross 260) in the climatic conditions of Shahrood, which can be effective in the optimal use of   saline and brackish water in the event of water constraints for corn production.}, keywords = {Tensiometer,Depletion percentage of available soil moisture,Water use efficiency}, title_fa = {تاثیر توأم تنش آبی و شوری بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی ذرت دانه ای رقم ﺳـﯿﻨﮕﻞ ﮐـﺮاس 260}, abstract_fa = {ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ تنش آبی و شوری آب آبیاری ﺑﺮﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد کمی و کیفی ذرت دانه ای (ﺳـﯿﻨﮕﻞ ﮐـﺮاس 260)، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل 1392 در گلخانه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘـﺎﺗﯽ مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی شهرستان شاهرود در قالب طرح اسپلیت پلات بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتور اصلی سه سطح آبیاری که شامل I1:50 درصد آبیاری کامل (شاهد)، I2: 75 و I3: 100 درصد تخلیه رطوبت قابل دسترس خاک و فاکتور فرعی سه سطح شوری که شاملS1 : تیمار شوری 2 دسی زیمنس بر متر (شاهد)، S2 : تیمار شوری4 دسی زیمنس بر متر و S3 : تیمار شوری 6 دسی زیمنس بر متر بود.مقایسه میانگین تیمارهای آبیاری و شوری نشان داد که با کاهش میزان آب آبیاری و افزایش شوری آب آبیاری عملکرد، تعداد دانه در ردیف، بهرهوری آب آبیاری، وزن خشک کل، پروتئین ساقه، برگ ،ریشه و دانه و با افزایش شوری آب آبیاری درصد وزن خشک ریشه، برگ، ساقه و گل آذین به طور معنیداری کاهش یافتند به طوری که بیشترین عملکرد دانه و بهره وری آب را از نظر تنش آبی به ترتیب با 31/25 گرم بر بوته و 91/1 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب در تیمار (I1) و کمترین آنها را به ترتیب با 38/16 گرم بر بوته و 48/1 کیلوگرم بر هکتار در تیمار (I3)مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین عملکرد دانه و بهره وری آب را از نظر تنش شوری به ترتیب با 42/41 گرم بر بوته و 46/2 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب در تیمار (S1) و کمترین آنها را به ترتیب با 0 گرم بر بوته و69/0کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب در تیمار (S3) بهدست آمد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که برای تولید دانه ذرت با عملکرد و کار آیی مصرف آب بالا، تیمار 75 (I2) درصد تخلیه رطوبت قابل دسترس خاک به همراه تنش شوری 2(S1) دسی زیمنس بر مترگزینه مناسب است.}, keywords_fa = {تانسیومتر,درصد تخلیه رطوبت قابل دسترس خاک,کارآیی مصرف آب}, url = {https://jise.scu.ac.ir/article_13308.html}, eprint = {https://jise.scu.ac.ir/article_13308_e550a045b8e78c05fa72e645e23733e5.pdf} }
