Soil conditions that increase ammonium and nitrate ion retention alleviate these problems. Clinoptilolite, a naturally occurring zeolite with high ion-exchange capacity, may be used to adsorb ammonium and retard excess leaching of nitrate. The objectives of this research were to determine the effects of different rates of Na-zeolite application (0, 2, 4, 8 and 16 g/kg soil) on pore water velocity and leaching of ammonium and nitrate applied as ammonium nitrate fertilizer to a siltyloam soil at a rate of 350 kg N/ha under saturated conditions similar to that of a rice paddy. The results indicated that Na-zeolite applications of 2, 4 and 8 g/kg soil increase the pore water velocity by 5.0%, 19. 9, 68.0 and 58/6% compared with the control treatment, respectively. The maximum relative concentration (c/co) all treatments for the nitrate breakthrough curve(BTC) occurred at pore volume of about 0.5. When applying 39.1 cm of leaching water, leached nitrate by 86.9%, 66.00% and 48.5% of total applied nitrate at the soil surface with zeolite applications of 2, 4 and 8 g/kg soil, respectively. Although the ammonium discharged from all treatments was negligible(3.95, 3.48, 3.13 and 2.28 percent of total applied ammonium at the soil surface), the statistic analysis indicated significant differences among treatments that received zeolites. The relationship between the hydrodynamic dispersion coefficient (D) of nitrate and pore water velocity (v) was not linear and by increasing zeolite application to the soil, the value of D increased as well.}, keywords = {Zeolite,nitrate,Ammonium,Breakthrough curve and Hydrodynamic dispersion}, title_fa = {تأثیر کاربرد زئولیت سدیمی بر نگه‌داشت نیترات و آمونیم در یک خاک اشباع لوم‌سیلتی}, abstract_fa = {آبشویی نیتروژن از نیمرخ خاک در اراضی تحت آبیاری بهخصوص در شالیزارها موجب کاهش راندمان استفاده از نیتروژن و آلودگی آبهای زیرزمینی میگردد. وضعیتی از خاک که باعث افزایش نگهداشت یونهای آمونیم و نیترات میشود از شدت این مشکل میکاهد. زئولیتهای طبیعی که دارای ظرفیت تبادل یونی بالایی میباشند، ممکن است جهت جذب آمونیم و به تعویق انداختن آبشویی اضافی نیترات بهکار برده شود. اهداف این تحقیق تأثیر مقادیر مختلف کاربرد زئولیت سدیمی (0، 2، 4، 8 و 16 گرم زئولیت بر کیلوگرم خاک) بر سرعت حرکت آب در خاک و آبشویی نیترات و آمونیم به کار برده شده به عنوان کود نیترات آمونیم  به میزان 350 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار در یک خاک لومسیلتی تحت شرایط رطوبت اشباع (شالیزاری) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد2، 4، 8 و 16گرم زئولیت در هر کیلوگرم خاک باعث افزایش میانگین سرعت حرکت آب در منافذ خاک، به ترتیب به ‌میزان 0/5، 9/19، 0/68 و 6/58 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد میشود. ماکزیمم غلظت نسبی (c/c0) نیترات خروجی از ستونهای خاک در منحنیهای رخنه (BTC) در تمامی تیمارها در نزدیکی حجم تخلخل برابر با 5/0 اتفاق افتاد. همچنین به طور متوسط پس از عبور 1/39 سانتیمتر آب از خاک اشباع در تیمارهای 2، 4 و 8 گرم زئولیت، مقدار نیترات خارج شده بهترتیب برابر 9/86، 0/66 و 5/48 درصد مقدار نیترات اضافه شده به سطح خاک بود. میزان آمونیم خارج شده از خاک در تمامی تیمارها ناچیز بود (95/3، 48/3، 13/3 و 28/2 درصد مقدار اضافه شده به سطح خاک)، اما نتایج تحلیل آماری تفاوت معنیداری را در بین تیمارهای زئولیتدار در میزان آمونیم خروجی نشان داد. رایطهی بین ضریب پراکندگی هیدرودینامیک نیترات در خاک با سرعت حرکت آب در منافذ خاک به صورت توانی بوده و با افزایش مقدار زئولیت در خاک مقدار این ضریب افزایش بیشتری یافت}, keywords_fa = {Zeolite,nitrate,Ammonium,Breakthrough curve and Hydrodynamic dispersion}, url = {https://jise.scu.ac.ir/article_13394.html}, eprint = {https://jise.scu.ac.ir/article_13394_14569cf02b1f20a892c50cd32f8d9055.pdf} }
