Pressure irrigation systems are widely considered by officials and operators. Hydraulic evaluation is one of the basic measures to ensure the optimal performance of these systems. In this study, part of the drip-gravity irrigation system implemented in Barajin Park located in the north of Qazvin province has been evaluated. In order to carefully examine the existing conditions of the field visit, the effective parameters in the evaluation were measured for all laterals in the selected pilot, including 13 bilateral laterals. The results showed that due to the significant figure difference, the uniformity of water distribution is unacceptable and also the studied irrigation system is irrigated by gravity without relying on the pumping station and using the figure difference between the pool and downstream lands. Therefore, due to the lack of filtration equipment, it is not possible to use a pressure regulating dropper (PC) because these droppers are sensitive to chemical and physical clogging, so to improve water distribution conditions. The use of flow control valve, change of pipe diameter and the use of two types of ordinary drippers (NonPC) with different scenarios and modeling in EPANET software were investigated. The results obtained from modeling different scenarios showed that the efficiency of the irrigation system in the current operating conditions without flow control valve is in the weak range in terms of evaluation criteria that if the flow control valve is used, water distribution uniformity of 58% Increased to 70%.
